●Difference between Regular Tofu and Silken Tofu
Moomin tofu is made by adding a coagulant to soy milk and cutting it once, then applying pressure to squeeze out moisture and solidify again.
On the other hand, Kin tofu is made by adding coagulant to soy milk thicker than tomu tofu and then solidifying it.
●Difference in nutrition
Momme Tofu is compressed in nutrients to reduce moisture during the manufacturing process.
Therefore, protein, calcium, iron content is included more than 20% compared to Kinu Tofu.
However, by squeezing out moisture, vitamins B and potassium flow out together with moisture.
For this reason, vitamin B and potassium are contained more in Kinu Tofu.
