High Protein & Delicious Tomato Soup With Tofu

Vegan, Low GI Value, anti-aging, Diet, high protein

INGREDIENTS:
1. Tofu 1 pack
2. Tomato paste 1 bottle
3. Water 500ml
3. Red onion 1/4
4. Cauliflower
5. Dry herbs(Oregano,Basil,Rosemary)
6. Salt 2
7. Olive oil
8. Black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
To prepare the ingredients, drain the tofu and slice it into pieces roughly 2 inches long. Place the slices in between some kitchen paper and press firmly to remove extra moisture.
And finely dice the ronion and cauliflower.
In a large pan heat some olive oil, fly the cuted Tofu until it get brown.
Once remove the tofu to other dish,then add the cuted vegetables to the same pan and fly for 5 minutes. (don’t let it get too brown)
Add water to the pan and the vegetables are all softened, add the tomato paste and dry herbs, cooking for a further 8 minute untill everything is completely combined.
Then add solt and peper.
Serve up the soup into bowls, portion with olive oil and herbs on top.
Serve with your favorite bread!
Note:
I recommend to use tomato paste such as including basils, olive oil and garlic. Try to find your favorite one!!
