Be Healthy Beauty With Japanese Delicious Dessert "Zenzai"

Today I will introduce Japanese healthy sweets "Zenzai".


"Zenzai" is a traditional and popular dessert using beans common in Japan, red beans.


Actually this nutrition and efficacy of this red bean is so great that you can expect various effects such as diet and anti-aging just by eating!



INGREDIENTS:


1. Red beans 250g

2. Salt pinch of salt

3. Honey

4. Mochi 1 peace



METHOD:


1. Cook the red beans beans.

Wash the red beans beans and add plenty of water (outside quantity) in the pan and boil it once.


2. If you boil to get rid of it, discard all hot water once.


3. Add water again (amount enough to cover the azure beans) and simmer for about 1 hour with a low heat. When the water level drops, add water each time, so that the beans do not come out of the water.


After boiling for about 1 hour, the beans become soft.

Put salt and stop the fire if you melt.


4. Bake the rice cake by the oven.


※ Remove when the whole bulges 2 times.

When it touches it, the inflated part is shrunk, if it is softened like an ear lobe it is completed.

(About 180 minutes in an oven for about 3 minutes)




Point:


If you prefer adding coconut milk, it is even more delicious!
